CWSH SERIES SPECIFICATIONS

1. Cabinet Construction

Interior and exterior cabinet constructed from 20-gauge Type 430 stainless steel, fully insulated with 1″ density block-type fiberglass.

2. Door Construction

Double-wall, fully insulated and reinforced door recessed into the front opening.

Includes:

• 3 heavy-duty hinges
• 2 swivel latches
• Left- or right-hand door configuration available

3. Oven Interior

• Heat-resistant steel drip guards
• Removable ceiling panels
• Stainless steel drip pans
• Heavy-duty plate construction
• Protective anti-splash grating

4. Burner System

Gas-fired tubular burners are individually controlled by separate gas valves and housed in insulated chambers below the baffle plate.

Positive ignition is provided with a separate pilot gas valve and pilot burners.

5. Installation

All installations must be performed under an appropriate commercial exhaust hood.
