CWSH Series Specifications:
 
1.- Interior and exterior cabinet-20 Gauge S/S Type 430 fully insulated with 1″ density block type fiberglass.
 
2.- Door-Double wall construction, fully insulated reinforced & recessed into front opening , with 3 heavy duty hinges (Specify left or Right) once you check out, and two swivel latches.
 
3.- Oven fitted with heat resistant steel drip guards and removable celling panels. S/S drip pans set over heavy duty plate and fitted with protective anti-splash grating.
 
4.-Gas double burners port tubular burners controlled by individuals gas valves arre housed in the insulated chambers below baffle plate. positive ignition is provided with a separate pilot GAS valve and pilot burners extending across individual gas burners 75,000 BTU Each burners 
 
5.- All installation must be under the hood
