fans and a newly designed louver allows uniform distribution of cold air. The “Isolated Cold Air Compartment”
design maintains temperature for each pan to preserve food freshness longer. The isolated compartments
keeps pans out the work area to prevent food spillage. “Tecumseh” compressor provides high energy for this
unit’s perfect performance.
